We are hiring a Video Editor to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for our social media platforms. This is a creative, execution-focused role.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
Create promotional and brand awareness videos
Edit testimonial and success story videos
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and effects
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Maintain consistent visual style and branding across all content
Manage and organize raw footage, assets, and project files
Deliver content on schedule in alignment with the content calendar

Requirements
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts)
Eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Portfolio of previous video editing work (required)
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
Must be comfortable working night shifts (aligned with U.S. business hours)
Desktop editing experience required (no mobile-only editors)
