Who You Are

You are a client-obsessed leader who lives to deliver unforgettable experiences. You’re not just a producer of events; you’re a builder of relationships and a guardian of the client’s vision. You thrive on being the main point of contact — the trusted advisor who can translate a client’s dream into a flawlessly executed reality. You’re a master of juggling budgets, timelines, and people, and you do it all with a calm, confident demeanor that inspires trust.

Why This Role Matters (For You)

This is your opportunity to own high-stakes projects from start to finish. You won’t be a cog in a machine; you’ll be the driving force behind major brand activations and luxury events. You’ll have the support of a world-class creative and production team and the chance to build a reputation as a go-to project leader in the events industry. If you’re ready to step up and take full ownership of the client experience, this is your moment.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own the client relationship: Serve as the main point of contact. Own the communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Command the project: Lead internal teams — design, production, logistics — to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Translate vision to reality: Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations that capture the client’s needs and showcase our creative solutions.
  • Master the numbers: Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Lead from the front: Attend and supervise on-site installations. Make critical decisions and hold the quality standard.
  • Own cross-departmental communication: Own communication with the client, the experiential designers, the Production team, and Operations/Warehouse. Your Project Coordinator manages the lists and logistics that keep those departments informed — you own the decisions and outcomes. Questions from supervisors, foremans, and leads come to you.

Results (What Winning Looks Like)

  • Clients feel heard and championed. Your clients trust you completely because you understand their vision, communicate proactively, and go to bat for them when it matters.
  • Projects run smoothly because of you. Your teams are aligned, deadlines are respected, and surprises are rare. When things go sideways, you’re the calm in the room with a plan.
  • Quality is never an afterthought. Every project you deliver reflects our standard of design excellence. You care about the final product as much as the client does.
  • Relationships outlast the project. Clients come back not just because the work was great, but because working with you was great.

Requirements (What You’ve Already Mastered)

  • 3+ years of event project management: Proven track record of managing complex events from concept to completion.
  • Client relationship ownership: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with high-end clients.
  • Financial acumen: Comfortable managing six-figure budgets with a strong understanding of project profitability.
  • Grace under pressure: You thrive in high-pressure situations and make clear-headed decisions when things don’t go as planned.
  • A-Player mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and takes extreme ownership of your projects and outcomes.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

  • You don’t enjoy being the main point of contact for clients.
  • You’re not comfortable having difficult conversations about budgets and timelines.
  • You prefer to manage from a distance rather than being hands-on at installations.
  • You don’t have a deep desire to deliver an exceptional client experience, every single time.

Our Values

Everything we do comes back to three things: Honest, Hungry, Humble. Honest because we stay in the reality of every situation, with our clients and with each other. Hungry because this industry demands it. Humble because we are always learning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 – $90,000/year, depending on experience
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonuses
  • Benefits: Medical and Vision Insurance, PTO, 401K with employer contributions
