Role Description-Rug Designer /Adobe Photoshop,Coral and Auto Cad
This is a full-time, on-site Designer position based in Mumbai. The Designer will collaborate with the creative and production teams to conceptualize, sketch, and develop innovative rug designs. Day-to-day tasks include researching design trends, creating prototypes, selecting materials, and ensuring designs align with Blue Saffron’s brand identity and standards. The Designer will also be responsible for refining existing designs and staying updated on customer preferences to contribute to tailored designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Adobe , photoshop ,coral and Auto cad
- Understanding of color theory, textile design, and fabric selection
- Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to align designs with contemporary trends and luxury aesthetics
- Excellent organization and time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate design concepts effectively
- Prior experience in textile, interior, or product design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
