Role Description The Event Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing event marketing campaigns for corporate, and institutional clients, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event strategies, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing promotional activities for events and trade shows. The Event Marketing Manager will track performance metrics, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement and return on investment. Collaboration with sales, creative, and operations teams is essential to deliver cohesive, well-executed events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Marketing and Event Planning, with experience designing and executing integrated event campaigns.
- Proficiency in Event Management and coordinating Trade Shows, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site supervision.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align event goals with lead generation, client engagement, and revenue objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data analysis and basic reporting to evaluate event performance and ROI.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and channels, including email, social media, and digital promotion for events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in event marketing or event management for corporate or institutional clients is highly beneficial.
