About the Role
We are seeking a Design Production Executive (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on design production workflows, creative asset preparation, production quality assurance, and AI-generated creative content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated marketing assets, production-ready artwork, packaging designs, digital creatives, and branded collateral. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for creative production, artwork automation, design quality assurance, and print and digital publishing workflows.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in design production, graphic design, production art, desktop publishing, print production, packaging design, or creative operations.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing real-world design production and creative workflow scenarios.
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated marketing materials, production artwork, packaging assets, digital creatives, presentations, and print-ready files.
- Assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, brand consistency, production readiness, and design quality.
- Prepare production-ready creative assets for digital marketing, print media, packaging, advertising, retail, and corporate communications.
- Adapt existing designs into multiple formats, sizes, languages, and platform-specific specifications while maintaining visual consistency and brand guidelines.
- Perform production file preparation, including font management, image optimization, color profile validation, bleed settings, crop marks, linked assets, and export optimization.
- Coordinate design production workflows by ensuring timely delivery, version control, file organization, and compliance with creative and production standards.
- Review AI-generated creative assets for layout accuracy, typography, image quality, color consistency, branding, and commercial usability.
- Identify formatting issues, artwork defects, missing assets, production errors, and technical inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in creative production, artwork generation, and production workflow automation.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in design production, graphic design, production art, print production, desktop publishing, or creative operations.
- Producing production-ready artwork for print, digital, packaging, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Managing production workflows, file preparation, asset organization, and quality assurance.
- Preparing files with correct typography, image resolution, color profiles, bleed settings, and export specifications.
- Maintaining brand consistency across multiple creative formats and communication channels.
- Reviewing AI-generated production assets for technical accuracy, visual quality, and production readiness.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is required.
- Familiarity with Figma, CorelDRAW, Canva, Esko, Adobe Bridge, or other production workflow tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated creative assets for technical quality, production readiness, and brand compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with advertising agencies, design studios, print service providers, publishing companies, packaging firms, marketing teams, or corporate creative departments.
- Experience producing brochures, catalogs, packaging artwork, social media creatives, presentations, retail graphics, annual reports, or promotional materials.
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM), PDF/X standards, prepress workflows, and commercial printing processes.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated design assets, artwork automation systems, or creative AI workflows.
- A portfolio showcasing production-ready design work across print and digital media is highly desirable.
