Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangkok for an Event Designer. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing event experiences, developing creative event solutions, planning and coordinating events, and managing all event design and production activities. The Event Designer will collaborate with clients to transform visions into memorable live experiences, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Designing, Event Planning, and creativity to craft exceptional event experiences
- Proficiency in Event Management and a proven ability to oversee and execute event logistics seamlessly
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and relationship management to understand client needs and maximize opportunities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience in working with high-profile clients and delivering premium-quality events is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, or a related field
