About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and hands-on experience creating engaging digital creatives across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Figma is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing product catalogues (batches) and course-related creatives.
- Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that drive engagement.
- Design promotional creatives for offers, campaigns, and product launches.
- Develop digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital creative work.
- Experience designing for social media, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the EdTech or consumer internet industry.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives and promotional assets.
