pladis is looking for Employer Branding & Internal Communication Manager for our pladis TURCA Human Resources Team.
The role reports directly to the region CHRO and plays a key part in leading&executing local employer branding strategy and supporting internal&external senior leadership communication while implementing internal communication initiatives aligned with global approaches and corporate communication teams. This role’s team is composed of one executive and one trainee in addition to the supporting agency teams.
What do you need for this role?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or similar disciplines)
• 10+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and/or broader HR roles with a strong focus on employee experience and communication
• Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies aligned with global direction
• Ability to design employer branding campaigns across digital channels, social media, and talent attraction platforms
• Experience localizing global employer branding initiatives for the Türkiye and Central Asia market
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage, influence, and manage communication activities for senior leadership
• Experience in agency management (creative, event, digital, production)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, collaborating closely with Türkiye and Kazakhstan teams
• Creativity, storytelling capability, and attention to detail
• Experience in FMCG is preferred
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
• Mobility and flexibility to travel when needed
What will be your key deliverables?
• Define and lead the Employer Branding strategy, aligned with global guidelines and local talent priorities
• Develop and execute integrated communication plans that strengthen EVP and employee experience
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and company-wide events (e.g., Coordinate Make Happy Be Happy Day for all locations in Türkiye)
• Create impactful content while managing and continuously improving internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters), ensuring consistent, engaging, and high‑quality employee communications across all touchpoints, including regular operational updates (e.g., assignment announcements, award communications, leadership messages)
• Lead internal & external campus programs, career events, and talent attraction initiatives, including agency coordination (e.g., talent competition programs, early-talent programs, MT programs)
• Partner closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and leadership teams -as well as Holding and Global Communications departments- to ensure fully aligned and consistent messaging
• Lead leadership communication processes, including town halls, key messages, and organizational announcements
• Track, analyze, and report communication and employer branding metrics, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure all communication reflects and reinforces company culture, values, and EVP
