We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong 360° skillset to lead our digital presence and drive high-quality lead generation within the luxury space.
This role requires someone hands-on, creative, and performance-driven, with the ability to manage both strategy and execution across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Drive lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Manage and optimize digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Oversee and improve website performance (front-end & back-end)
- Lead Generation
- Collaborate on website updates, UX/UI improvements, and technical enhancements
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results
- Ensure brand positioning aligns with a high-end / luxury identity
Profile:
- Proven experience in digital marketing within luxury or premium brands
- Strong expertise in paid ads, performance marketing, and lead generation
- Solid understanding of website development (front-end & back-end basics)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to execute independently
- Based in Dubai
