This is a CONFIDENTIAL search for an Ecommerce Manager to join a rapidly scaling accessories brand, on site in office 4 days per week. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the ecommerce function for this organization with sales growth always in mind..
What you bring:
- 5 years in e-commerce or DTC, ideally at an apparel, footwear, or consumer accessories brand
- Hands-on Shopify Plus experience — building pages, configuring apps, managing integrations, and working with developers to shape changes
- Shopify Plus checkout extensibility, B2B, or Markets experience
- Direct experience managing paid social spend on Meta and Google either in house or directed an agency.
- Strong Klaviyo skills: segmentation, lifecycle flows, A/B testing, deliverability, and revenue attribution
- Working knowledge of Gorgias (or a comparable helpdesk) and how CX ties back to retention
- Experience in Shopify reports, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and a spreadsheet
- Working knowledge of SEO and the rest of the acquisition stack
- Excellent written communication, ability to write a clear product page, a clean creative brief, and a leadership update
- Experience with site merchandising and leading customer service
