Key Accountabilities

  • Manages online tactical marketing initiatives for the hotel. Plans and executes marketing campaigns at a property level, enabling more customized and need-based marketing.
  • Drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various branded websites, online channels and third-parties that the team represents along with other key financial and customer metrics.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Owns and manages social media, (not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat); brand section in Review Sites and OTAs to ensure content cadence is frequent and strong.
  • Works closely with internal teams in Sales & Marketing (Revenue, Sales, Communications, Digital, Brand Marketing) to ensure strategies are aligned.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals.

General Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising tools.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CMS platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • A deep understanding of luxury branding, customer behaviour, and digital trends in the hospitality sector.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior Manager role.
