We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start. This is a hands-on role where you will play a central part in shaping how the brand is presented across digital channels, combining creative thinking with strong commercial awareness.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider teams across sales, design and customer service, you will take ownership of key areas including email marketing, website content and social media. You will create and deliver engaging campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, quality and visual identity across all platforms.

Your role will include building and executing email campaigns, managing website updates with a focus on user experience and SEO, and overseeing daily activity across social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. You will manage paid social campaigns and budgets, monitor performance and use insight to continuously improve engagement and results.

Content will be a big part of your world. You'll write and create across blogs, social posts, emails and press materials, always looking for ways to strengthen the brand story. You will also work with influencers and external partners to extend reach, support retail customers with their digital activity, and contribute to campaign planning and delivery.

Alongside the creative side, you will be confident with reporting. You will track and analyse performance across Google Analytics, paid media and social platforms, using this data to inform future campaigns and support decision-making.

We're looking for someone who already has experience in a marketing or social media role and is comfortable working across multiple channels. You'll be confident using tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, email marketing platforms and Canva or Adobe software. Strong copywriting skills are essential, along with a natural eye for detail and design.

You will be organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. A genuine interest in fashion or a premium consumer sector is important and any experience within a similar industry would be highly beneficial.

The role offers a salary of £30,000, a hybrid working pattern, discretionary bonus, pension, staff discount and regular team events. Working hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
