Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual narratives aligned with brand strategy
- Conceptualize and create compelling online and offline creatives including campaigns, brochures, ads, social media content, and brand collaterals
- Lead video content creation and editing, including promotional videos, tactical video edits, animations, and high-performing social media reels
- Create short-form video content (Reels/YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement
- Collaborate closely on briefs to deliver high-quality creative output
- Ensure consistency in brand language and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and AI-led creative tools
Skillsets
- Should be adept in BOTH Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw
- For video editing skills, expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must
- Knowledge of motion graphics: Animations, Flash and After Effects
- Expertise in 3D video creating softwares like Blender will be an added advantage
- Should be adept in creating reels and short videos for social handles and YouTube
- Experience in working with AI-led design tools with be an added advantage
The Person
- The candidate needs to be creative with a penchant for innovative designs and videos
- Should have good comprehension skills to ensure that the visual designs / videos communicate the desired message
- Good communication skills (oral/written) is a must
