The Role
- Manage and execute end-to-end digital acquisition strategies across SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing channels.
- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing significant budgets and creative testing.
- Lead organic traffic recovery efforts through technical SEO, intelligent keyword targeting, and visibility analysis.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and quote progression for property and beauty insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role with a strong focus on ROI-driven lead generation and acquisition.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads Manager for paid social execution.
- Solid technical and content SEO knowledge, including experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Experience in Email Marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture prospects through the insurance funnel.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and pivot strategy based on weekly performance actions.
