Nose is hiring a Senior Content & Marketing Executive. We are looking for someone to support the growth of the brand across content, campaigns, customer engagement, influencer marketing, and day-to-day marketing operations.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and marketing coordination — helping ensure campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives are executed clearly and consistently across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and coordinating content planning across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
• Overseeing content calendars, scheduling, and rollout timelines
• Supporting campaign launches, collaborations, activations, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinating influencer, KOL, gifting, and brand collaboration efforts
• Supporting PR coordination and media-related outreach where required
• Coordinating with agencies, freelancers, and external partners across projects
• Supporting CRM and email marketing initiatives, including customer engagement and loyalty efforts
• Tracking marketing performance and preparing campaign reports and insights
• Assisting with workflow management and improving day-to-day marketing operations
• Managing and guiding interns or junior team members where needed
We are looking for someone who:
• Is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Understands social media, content, and digital culture
• Is able to balance creative thinking with strong execution
• Is comfortable managing multiple projects and moving timelines simultaneously
• Communicates well and works collaboratively across teams and partners
• Has an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and brand building
• 3-5 years in marketing, content, social media, or brand-related roles is a must
• Has experience and knowledge working with social media analytics
