Job Description
1. Paid Advertising (Paid Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads to achieve revenue and ROI targets
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives (content, images, videos) and audience segments to improve campaign performance
- Manage advertising budgets on a monthly/quarterly basis
2. E-commerce Operations – Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Manage and operate official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop:
- Optimize product listings (images, videos, descriptions, keywords)
- Monitor performance of each SKU
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with platform schedules (Mega Sale, Flash Sale, etc.)
- Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer care via CRM and implement retention programs
- Analyze sales data and propose growth strategies
3. Content & Creative for Ads
- Collaborate with the team to develop advertising creatives (images, short videos) tailored to each platform
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on Ads and E-commerce performance
- Propose data-driven solutions to improve campaign effectiveness
- Participate in building overall Digital Marketing strategies with the team
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in running digital advertising campaigns with strong understanding of performance metrics and data optimization
- Experience in operating Shopee and/or TikTok Shop
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify issues
- Good understanding of consumer behavior on E-commerce platforms
- Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in F&B or FMCG industry is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: depending on experience and capability
- KPI & performance bonus (Ads & E-commerce): 2 – 4+ million VND/month
- Additional bonuses based on team/campaign performance
