Closets by Design Franchising, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital strategy, analytics, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Franchise Owners regarding internet advertising best practices
- Support the Marketing Manager with reporting, analytics, and strategic recommendations for digital marketing programs
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of various online marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with SEO and PPC vendors to optimize campaign performance
- Manage and update content across social media platforms and online listings (e.g., Facebook, Houzz, Yelp, Angi, etc.)
- Provide guidance to Franchise Owners on advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, Houzz, and Yelp
- Align PR efforts with social media campaigns to maximize brand visibility
- Review, edit, and update website content as needed
- Research and recommend new digital marketing opportunities and channels
- Review monthly invoices and deliver performance reports to Franchise Owners
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, remarketing, and SEO
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
