Digital & Marketing Coordinator
YOUR MISSION
Digital & Marketing Coordinator is in charge of digital and e-retail development and drives brand visibility across Romania. Following brand strategy, international guidelines and luxury image, He/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality of key digital & marketing touchpoints, growing brand’s visibility and SOM.
Major focus areas consist of e-retail, CRM, e-commerce, digital tools and consumer trade communication & animation.

The Digital & Marketing Coordinator Romania is part of The Marketing Team.

Functional Manager on digital & CRM: E-business & CRM Manager Easter Europe Hub, Jakub Kowalski
Within the Marketing Team, is in charge of:
Digital & CRM:
- Establishing and maintaining e-retail, digital & CRM vision and strategy in line with company´s actual brand/digital strategy
- Develop and optimize e-retail channels
- Implement tactical omnichannel activations
- Executing annual e-retail plan; incorporate all possible touchpoints to build high quality visibility across e-retailers’ own media and tools,
- Leading the technical development of e-retail online media such as e-mail newsletter, rich media, banner advertisements,
- Implement the digital communication, social media activity for e-retail,
- Contributing to the development of CRM strategy, enlarging brand’s database, ensuring high quality reach
- Monitor the cost in the assigned budget
- Delivering market insight and recommendations to grow brand in digital environment (including trade and e-PR activation)
- Delivering needed reporting and presentations,
- Effectively managing relations with internal and external stakeholders,
- Performing other duties when needed.
Marketing support:
- Responsible for execution of specific marketing trade and events
- Implement and monitor all point of sales materials at store level and align with the guidelines and budget
- Prepare presentations and review with retailers as per guidelines, monitor the progress in terms of results
- Implement omnichannel experience, 360 view (assess resources & align with rest of departments sales, merchandising, training)
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis of the brand activations, monitor competitors
- Propose projects to increase the MS and visibility withing the distribution network
- Prepare and conduct regular market visit

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO SUCCEED: Strong motivation and passion Focus on high-end quality of execution Focus on results and strive for effectiveness Be creative, imaginative and energetic Be able to organize and identify resources needed, work with tight deadlines Ability to communicate and establish good relations Ability to find new solutions and ideas Ability to cope with a few different project at one time TECHNICAL SKILLS AS A MUST HAVE: Experience in e-retail and/or e-commerce In depth knowledge of Visual E-merchandising, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media Ability to create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the ecommerce platform Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices Excellent Romanian language and written communications (English) and presentation skills PROFILE: open-minded team-player and collaborative responsible and organized communicative and creative strongly motivated & self-driven easily acquire new information organizing and planning its work independently beauty & luxury business passion and understanding University degree with proven digital/marketing experience 3 years professional experience, ideally in cosmetic industry
