POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to customer queries and comments across social media platforms.
- Engage with the online community to build strong brand relationships.
- Communicate and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to support marketing campaigns.
- Identify potential influencers and assist with influencer outreach and coordination.
- Support the creation of digital content including posts, captions, and basic visual assets.
- Assist with website updates and online marketing activities.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation efforts.
- Assist with Google-related marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
- Track and report on campaign performance and social media insights.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms
- Knowledge of Meta platforms, TikTok, and YouTube
- Understanding of Google tools and search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging with customers online.
- Experience working with influencer campaigns or partnerships!
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for marketing, social media, and digital trends
