Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Color Intern role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Color Intern will collaborate with the Design team's Color Designer & Developer to assist in developing and maintaining seasonal color palettes, provide support in color and print related tasks, and participate in the creative development process. Responsibilities include implementing color theory, organization, and ensuring color consistency across designs and materials. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment within the fashion industry.
Responsibilties
- Archival work: Filing and organizing lab-dips, handlooms, strike-offs by fabrication and season. Swatching approved fabric standards for future reference.
- Seasonal Palettes: Preparing physical seasonal color palettes.
- Color related meetings: Preparing color/materiality review boar lab-dips and handlooms orders and SMS ordering.
- Organization: Organizing color standards and TCX library.

Qualifications
- Strong eye for color.
- Fashion Design/Fine Arts/Graphic Design background is a plus +
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, great a multitasking and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and an eagerness to help and learn.
- Proficiency in using design-related software/tools is a plus in the case of other members of design team needing your assistance.
