Digital Content Creator
Job Purpose
The Junior Digital Content Creator produces engaging photo and video content for social media and internal communication channels, supporting the marketing and creative teams with native, platform-specific storytelling. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality short-form and educational content that strengthens brand presence and supports business and training objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Production
- Capture photo and video content using a smartphone and/or camera equipment
- Produce short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other native platform formats
- Plan and shoot content tailored to each platform's tone, format, and audience expectations
- Ensure consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all captured material
- Coordinate shoot logistics, locations, and required equipment for upcoming content
Educational & Training Content
- Plan, shoot, and produce educational, instructional, training, tutorial, and how-to videos
- Support training sessions and product demonstrations with clear, structured video content
- Translate complex processes into simple, engaging learning content
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of instructional content
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, captions, music, and voiceovers
- Apply simple motion graphics to enhance content engagement
- Maintain consistent style, pacing, and quality across all edited deliverables
- Organize and archive raw and edited footage for future use
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and business teams to develop native content ideas
- Contribute creative input during brainstorming and content planning sessions
- Adapt content concepts based on feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay updated on platform trends to keep content fresh and relevant
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously across different teams and priorities
- Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines
- Track project status and proactively flag delays or resource needs
- Maintain organized content files and version control

Volume of approved content pieces delivered against the monthly content calendar.
◆ Content Quality & Brand Consistency
Review score on visual quality and brand alignment, assessed by the creative team.
◆ On-Time Delivery Rate
Percentage of content delivered by the agreed deadline.
◆ Engagement Rate (Views, Likes, Shares)
Average engagement performance of published content across social platforms.
◆ Stakeholder Satisfaction
Feedback score from marketing and business teams on collaboration and responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or a related field.
Skills
Basic proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Comfortable capturing content using a smartphone and/or camera equipment.
Attributes
Creative mindset with a good eye for composition, storytelling, and visual communication. Based in Dubai and available to work immediately.
