A proactive and articulate Business Development Executive with expertise in client engagement-retention, revenue generation and strategic insights and who embraces growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Performance: Create and implement sales plans, monitor KPIs, and report on performance metrics.
- Revenue Growth: Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts, optimize sales pitches, and identify new opportunities within client portfolios.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, address inquiries promptly, and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present offerings, negotiate and close deals, and produce sales materials.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, identify new service lines, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and support marketing and BD teams with back-office tasks.
- Target Achievement: Set and exceed personal and team sales targets through effective strategies and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administrative, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record on lead generation, conversion, client engagement and revenue growth.
- More than 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales and related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity in CRM, HubSpot, and other sales tracking tools
- Professional level proficiency of English and Thai Language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Goal driven mindset.
- Pleasant personality and high level of integrity and professionalism.
