Role Description
We're looking for our content creator (aka. founding storyteller). This is someone who doesn't just make content, but builds the voice of our category defining brand from the ground up. You'll be the person who figures out how Loaf 'speaks' on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and everywhere else… and then actually does it.
You'll translate complex finance and property concepts into content that makes people stop scrolling and think wait, why didn't I know about this sooner?
A big part of this role is telling the founder's story. You'll document the journey from day zero: the wins, the pivots, the behind-the-scenes moments that make people root for a company that's the underdog. You get to shape all of this and have real creative input from day one.
What You'll Actually Do
- Document the founder's journey from day zero
- Build Loaf's content presence from scratch across social platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram etc.)
- Create video, written content, and visual storytelling to spread awareness of Loaf
- Be the camera in the room capturing decisions, milestones, and the unglamorous bits that make a founding story worth following
- Develop a content strategy rooted in data, but driven by instinct and taste
- Make finance and property feel accessible, exciting, and genuinely worth talking about
