We're looking for a person who can independently shoot and edit high-performing video creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

If you’re the kind who knows exactly where the drama hits, we want you.We’re hiring an integrated person who can shoot and edit scroll-stopping edits for performance.
What you'll do:
• Shoot video content for paid marketing campaigns and social ads
• Edit videos optimized for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
• Create multiple video variations for testing and performance optimization• Add captions, hooks, transitions, motion graphics, and platform-native edits
• Coordinate shoot requirements and manage end-to-end video production
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative briefs
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of video editing experience
• Strong video shooting and editing skills• Ability to create fast-turnaround content
• Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong attention to pacing, hooks, retention, and video storytelling
• Portfolio / previous work required
