Position Description
The Digital Campaign Strategy role supports the development of visual and creative materials for marketing campaigns promoting the bank's digital products and services. The role focuses on producing creative assets that strengthen brand communication, enhance digital campaigns, and support customer engagement across various marketing channels.
Working closely with the Digital Strategy & Marketing team, this role contributes to the creation of marketing visuals and campaign materials that support product promotion, digital adoption, and overall marketing initiatives across platforms such as mobile banking, cards, payment services, and merchant programs.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Design creative assets and visual materials to support marketing campaigns and digital product promotions.
- Develop visual content for digital channels including mobile app banners, website visuals, social media posts, and campaign materials.
- Support the development of campaign concepts and creative executions aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to translate campaign ideas into visual communication materials.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across marketing communications and campaign materials. Support the preparation of visual materials for product launches, promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain digital creative assets and design files for marketing use.
- Monitor visual trends and design practices to support creative improvements in marketing campaigns.
- Ensure creative materials align with branding standards and internal guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Digital Strategy & Marketing or Head of Digital Products and Strategy.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or digital content development.
- Strong skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign) or similar platforms.
- Experience creating digital marketing materials for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creative projects.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign requirements is an advantage.
