Job Title: Designer – Luxury Retail (Branding & Events)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Designer to support a leading luxury retail client. This role requires a hands-on creative professional who works independently, manages multiple stakeholders, and produces refined, brand-aligned assets across digital and print. Candidates with agency experience and a strong portfolio of luxury retail work are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality digital design assets, including website graphics, hero banners, social media creatives, email marketing visuals, and UI elements
* Create premium print and marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, event materials, retail display assets, and packaging concepts
* Ensure all outputs align with luxury brand standards and maintain a high level of craftsmanship
* Work directly with stakeholders to understand briefs, manage expectations, and deliver on timelines
* Present creative concepts clearly and articulate design rationale effectively
* Uphold meticulous attention to detail and ensure all deliverables are optimized for different platforms and formats
* Able to participate in both digital and offline production of marketing collaterals
Qualifications & Experience
* 7-8 years of design experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with strong exposure to luxury retail brands
* A polished portfolio showcasing luxury design sensibilities, digital-first work, and refined execution
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch; motion skills are a plus
* Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, typography, layout, and premium visual language
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
