About the Role
UMDB is an early-stage platform helping creatives connect, collaborate, and get on real projects. We’ve grown to 1,000+ creatives organically and are now focused on increasing real opportunities on the platform.
We’re looking for a Head of Opportunities to source and bring in projects, casting calls, and collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard:
- casting calls
- crew roles
- film projects
- Reach out to filmmakers, producers, and creatives
- Build partnerships with film schools and communities
- Maintain a steady flow of opportunities on the platform
Requirements
- Interest or experience in film/creative industries
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently
- Experience in partnerships or community building is a plus
Compensation
- Performance-based (no salary at this stage)
- Opportunity to grow into a paid role as the company scales
