Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Designer with a strong foundation in design fundamentals, visual communication, branding, photography, and visual storytelling, combined with hands-on experience in post-production workflows and emerging Generative AI technologies. This role bridges creative design and technical execution, supporting high-volume, high-quality content production across a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The ideal candidate has experience in, or a strong understanding of, post-production, with deep knowledge of the production process, iteration speed, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
NOTE: This is a 10 Month Contract with High Potential of Extensions
Must Haves:
- Strong background in design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition) and visual communication / branding.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of photography principles, including lighting, lensing, framing, and product staging.
- Experience working within a post-production or VFX environment.
- Strong understanding of the production process, including assets, renders, passes, and compositing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, ideally Weavy AI or figma weave, including:
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround production without sacrificing quality.
- Experience delivering assets across digital, marketing, and production outputs (social, web, presentations, etc.).
- Experience with 3D tools (Blender, C4D, Houdini) or a working familiarity with CG workflows.
- Experience building design systems or automation pipelines.
- Basic understanding of coding / scripting (e.g. Python) for automation or tool integration.
- Experience working with node-based AI tools such as ComfyUI for structured generative workflows.
Compensation:
$60 to 70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
