We are looking for a Design Manager (Fashion Communication background preferred) with 3–4 years
of agency experience in brand development and graphic systems.

scalable brand ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
● Decode client intent and business objectives into a sharp creative direction
● Translate briefs into structured, scalable visual systems
● Develop and evolve brand identities across digital platforms
● Shape visual languages — not just individual layouts
● Lead projects end-to-end with clarity, ownership, and accountability
● Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, content, tech, and production teams
● Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
● Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
Required Skills & Experience
● 3–4 years of agency experience in brand design / graphic systems
● Background in Fashion Communication preferred
● Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and brand architecture
● Experience building scalable digital brand systems
● Ability to think strategically while executing with precision
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
