We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Design to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner, with a portfolio of 17 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
The Executive, Design will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative visual content to support the Entertainment & Events for the Global Alliances and Partnerships functions. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong graphic design and 3D visualization skills, capable of delivering innovative and visually compelling solutions within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative visual content for events, entertainment, partnerships, and marketing campaigns for the Global Alliances and Partnerships functions.
- Create event branding, promotional materials, digital assets, venue layouts, stage concepts, and 3D renderings.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communications while maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into engaging creative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences and promotional activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Multimedia, or Visual Arts will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communication, 3D visualization, or a related creative role.
- Experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, advertising, or creative agencies will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, digital content creation, and 3D visualization work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience using AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to create event visualizations, venue layouts, stage concepts, and promotional artwork.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
