We're hiring: Social Media + Content Creation Intern @ Noom Studio 🧡
Noom Studio is a boutique creative agency helping lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality brands build standout digital presences through social strategy, content, and storytelling that actually connects.
Are you obsessed with the intersection of culture, content, and storytelling? Do you live on Instagram and TikTok, have an eye for visuals, and want real hands-on experience with real clients in wellness, lifestyle, fitness, and hospitality?
This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. You'll learn real skills, work on real brands, and help shape real creative output supporting our social strategy, content creation, and the day-to-day pulse of running a creative agency.
🎬 What you'll be doing
Content Creation + Production
- Assist on shoots (prep, styling, filming, BTS capture)
- Create short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) with your own creative spin
- Capture UGC-style content for clients
- Support photography/video on shoot days
Creative Concepting
- Pitch story ideas, content hooks, and new concepts weekly
- Help develop carousels, stories, and social assets
- Build moodboards & light creative research
Strategy + Social Execution
- Support monthly content planning
- Schedule posts across Instagram & TikTok
- Engage with online communities (comments, DMs)
- Help with influencer research, outreach & communication
Trend + Market Research
- Track cultural moments, platform shifts, and format trends
- Bring weekly insights to help our clients stay relevant
Studio Operations
- Assist with day-to-day tasks of running a creative marketing studio
- Help organise files, shoot assets, and project materials
- Support internal projects (NOOMAG, NOOM FRNDS., creative events & gatherings)
✅ You're a great fit if you…
- Are fluent in English (written + spoken) Spanish, Dutch, or German is a plus
- Are currently enrolled in an HBO or university programme
- Get social media: what works, what doesn't, and why
- Love creating: filming, editing, curating, storytelling
- Are comfortable with Canva, CapCut, and IG editing tools
- Are curious, proactive, and always bring ideas to the table
- Are organised and can juggle multiple mini-projects at once
- Have an eye for aesthetics and love a good moodboard/Pinterest board
- Are passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality culture
- Can work from anywhere (home, cafés, wherever) with your own device
- Are available 40 hours / week
- Want to grow in a real creative environment, not just read about it
Bonus points: experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
