Who We Are
Color C Design Studio is a 3D and AI creative production studio in Amsterdam. We make luxury campaigns for brands using 3D and AI, and alongside that, we’re building an AI-powered marketing production pipeline. The studio is growing and actively pivoting part of its work into that product, so you’d be joining at a point where the work is taking shape, not a finished machine.
The Opportunity
This internship sits across both sides of the studio. You’ll help produce campaign visuals using AI image and video tools and 3D/motion work, and you’ll help build our tool itself, the pipeline that’s meant to make that production faster for us and eventually for other studios. Some weeks look like generating and refining campaign visuals. Other weeks look like scripting, testing, or figuring out how a tool should work. The ideal person moves comfortably between the creative and the technical, and wants real exposure to the forefront of AI marketing tooling as it’s being built.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and refine campaign visuals using AI image and video tools (Nano Banana, Seedance, Kling, or similar)
- Support 3D and motion work on brand campaigns
- Help build and test Keystone, our AI marketing production pipeline
- Contribute design thinking to tools, not just campaign output. The product itself needs to look and feel right
- Work closely with the founder directly, not through layers of management
What Helps
- A background or strong interest in marketing
- Some coding experience, even self-taught
- A design or 3D/motion background
- Curiosity about AI generation tools
You don’t need all four. Two or three, plus curiosity, is a strong fit. A creative portfolio carries real weight here too. The tools and content we make are design-led at their core, so an eye for craft matters as much as technical skill. No formal degree required. Self-taught and career-changers are genuinely welcome if the portfolio and curiosity are there.
The Practical Details
- 6-month internship, starting August/September 2026
- 40 hours a week
- €500/month internship fee
- Fully in-house at our studio in Loods 6, Amsterdam. A desktop is provided
- A small, hands-on studio. You’ll work directly with the founder, not buried in a big team
