Position Summary:

The Social Media Specialist plays a key role in bringing our clients’ stories to the world through engaging, creative, and strategic organic social content. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day social media execution across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Crafting content, strategy, and ensuring each brand shows up online in a way that feels authentic, compelling, and on-trend.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, a pulse on emerging trends, and a passion for storytelling. They are highly organized, proactive, and excited to collaborate with our internal teams and clients to create content that not only looks great but sparks conversation and connection.
From planning and publishing content to engaging with audiences and identifying opportunities to elevate the brand’s voice, this role helps translate strategy into memorable digital experiences that resonate.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution:
- Create and publish organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok on a weekly basis.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy that delivers value and drives audience interaction.
- Continuously test new content formats and approaches based on platform trends and performance insights.
Client Communication & Support:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of client communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare and distribute weekly or bi-weekly meeting notes following client calls.
- Attend client calls and confidently speak to performance metrics, updates, and ongoing initiatives.
Platform & Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date on current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Leverage insights to inform content strategy and improve performance.
Documentation & Organization:
- Maintain and update internal client FAQ documents and resources.
- Ensure all content and communication align with brand standards and internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Experience with photo and video editing tools such as CapCut
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling
- Graphic design experience is a plus
The salary for the Social Media Specialist Role is $40,000
