The Role
As our Senior Visual & Creative Designer, you’ll lead the development of compelling digital visuals across ads, social, and branded content. You’ll be expected to move fast, think on your feet, and produce high-quality work under tight timelines—hallmarks of the agency world. You’ll also play a key role in quality-controlling junior designers’ work, ensuring everything we ship is on-brand, on-brief, and pixel-perfect.
If you have UI/UX experience and are skilled in Figma, that’s a strong plus—but the core of this role is creative direction, visual storytelling, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the design of digital ad campaigns, social content, and branded visuals.
- Create engaging static and animated assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Display.
- Lead visual ideation and execution in a fast-paced agency setting with tight turnarounds.
- Review and QC design work from junior team members, freelancers, or partners.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines across platforms and clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and product teams to translate concepts into visual reality.
- Work in Figma (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and manage scalable, high-quality design assets.
- Optionally contribute to UI/UX or landing page design work, if experienced.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in visual or digital design—preferably at a creative agency or fast-moving in-house team.
- A portfolio that shows off top-tier creative work across ads, social media, and digital marketing.
- Strong design fundamentals—layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organized, fast, and comfortable delivering great work on short timelines.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to QC and provide feedback to junior designers.
- Proactive communicator and collaborative teammate.
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI/UX design or responsive layout design.
- Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
- Familiarity with performance marketing or ad operations.
