Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
Role Description
- Role is for a Store Manager at our new flagship store.
- Handle client interactions for customized pieces with an end-to-end understanding of designer wear.
- Manage the design process from concept to final styling.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques, and derive design inspiration.
- Select appropriate fabrics and trims for each design.
- Create production sketches and development packages; coordinate closely with masterji for all customization pieces.
- Oversee the overall production process.
- Collaborate with masterji to ensure high-quality customization and finishing.
- Review products for style, fit, and overall presentation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buying teams, and production teams on an ongoing basis.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in Fashion Designing (Apparel Industry).
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and production teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with a designer label or boutique is a plus.
- Good understanding of fabrics, lining, and garment construction.
