Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-es and animations according to production specifications.
- to-end pixel art and animation projects using LibreSprite, from concept to final asset export.
- Demonstrate real-time animation previews, refining motion and timing to professional standards.
- Utilize onion skinning, layers, and advanced sprite composition techniques to create smooth animations.
- Design cohesive asset sets including sprite sheets, character animations, tilesets, UI elements, and retro-style illustrations.
- Apply tiled drawing mode, palette customization, and pixel-precise tools for intricate detailing.
- Export optimized sprit
- Clearly communicate creative decisions, workflow strategies, and technical processes in written and verbal formats.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in LibreSprite with demonstrated production experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing pixel art, animation, and graphic design projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from concept to delivery.
- Deep understanding of sprite composition, animation principles, and pixel art styles.
- Experience customizing palettes, managing complex layers, and handling detailed animation frames.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, collaborative environment.
