Futureheads have partnered with the world's leading creator agency, a business managing 60+ creator-first brands across fitness, fashion, beauty, nutrition, wellness and education, to find a Senior Creative Strategist to join their growing performance team.
This is a rare opportunity for a performance creative professional who wants genuine ownership, working at the intersection of psychology, copywriting and data to drive profitable growth across a diverse and fast-scaling brand portfolio.
The business moves fast, experiments relentlessly, and prizes builders who ship measurable results. This role sits at the heart of that engine, connecting great creative to profitable ad performance and building the testing systems that compound over time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading creative direction for paid social across a portfolio of creator brands, identifying winning angles, developing testing roadmaps, and connecting every creative decision directly to account performance
- Writing high-converting copy across ad formats including hooks, primary text, headlines, VSL scripts and ad copy, applying direct response principles across wildly different brand voices
- Briefing video editors and designers with precision, covering hooks, angles, emotional drivers, formats and references, giving them the best possible chance of producing a winner
- Auditing active ad accounts to identify creative gaps and building structured testing frameworks from the ground up
- Using Motion and Foreplay to track creative performance at a granular level, maintain a living swipe file, and spot trends before they become obvious
- Delivering a weekly creative performance report covering what's winning, what's dead, what's being tested next and why
- Managing the full creative lifecycle: getting new ads live, handling creator feedback, chasing approvals and briefing the media buying team
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years in a creative strategy or performance creative role, ideally within digital products or creator brands
- A demonstrable track record of improving paid social performance through creative, with numbers to back it up ("Took account from £45 CPA to £28 CPA" not "supported the team with ideation")
- Strong copywriting ability across formats: hooks, ad copy, VSL scripts, email and landing page
- Hands-on experience with Motion and Foreplay, and a solid understanding of how Meta, TikTok and YouTube reward or punish creative decisions
- Comfortable running creative strategy across 5 to 10 brands simultaneously, each with different voices and audiences
- Obsessively curious about what makes ads work, you study the feed for fun
- Analytical enough to know when a test is conclusive, creative enough to know what to do next
- High output, fast writer, and opinionated about creative with the data to back it up
