Creative Strategist
StreeVia Studios is hiring a Creative Head.
Lead creative output across our client portfolio — translating brand strategy into visual systems that hold up to an editorial, quiet-luxury standard. This is the final quality gate before work reaches clients.
What you'll do:
→ Own creative direction across all active accounts (real estate, F&B, jewellery, infrastructure)
→ Translate brand strategy into locked visual identity systems
→ Review/approve designer + prompt engineer output pre-delivery
→ Lead concepts for campaigns, OOH/billboard creative, brand decks, website builds
→ Partner with founder on pitch decks and client presentations
→ Mentor junior designers/creators, set studio-wide creative standards
→ Ensure zero bleed between client brand identities
What you bring:
→ 5+ years in creative leadership (agency or in-house)
→ Strong portfolio — brand identity, OOH/print, digital; luxury/real estate a plus
→ AI-assisted creative production as workflow, not novelty
→ Can manage 8–10 concurrent accounts without diluting quality
→ Taste that makes Kinfolk, Aman, Monocle feel native, not aspirational
→ Strong reviewing instincts — last check before work ships
