• Lead the end-to-end production content across SRMG’s lifestyle platforms
ensuring consistency with brand tone while adapting to platform needs.
• Oversee photoshoot and visual production logistics from concept to delivery,
coordinating timelines, locations, talent availability and resources.
• Maintain and activate a strong network of photographers, videographers,
stylists, locations, PR agencies and brand partners relevant to lifestyle content, calling on
the right contacts at the right moment to deliver efficiently.
• Oversee post-production workflows, including image selection, retouching, formatting and final delivery of lo-res and hi-res assets across platforms.
• Work closely with editorial, social and commercial teams to translate story ideas into compelling visual executions that perform across digital, social and print where required.
• Manage individual project budgets with discipline, tracking costs, negotiating rates and ensuring all productions stay within approved resources without compromising
quality.
• Handle invoicing, contracts and financial reconciliation related to shoots and external vendors, keeping processes clean, timely and audit ready.
• Manage image usage rights, licensing terms and fees across owned, operated and third-party platforms, with a clear understanding of regional and global usage
requirements.
• Stay attuned to visual trends in lifestyle media and digital storytelling, bringing forward ideas that feel current, not derivative.
