About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives,
strengthen market positioning, and drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate should
have hands-on experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance
analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Creative, Product) for campaign
- execution
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
- Oversee content, creatives, and communication to maintain brand consistency
- Work with agencies and vendors for campaign rollouts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & performance marketing
- Experience in campaign planning and brand positioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel, etc.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
