About the Role
At Vastramay, we are building one of India’s fastest-growing ethnicwear brands with ₹100+ Cr annual revenue, strong marketplace leadership, and a rapidly growing D2C presence. We are investing heavily in elevating our visual identity and brand storytelling. We are looking for a Creative Director – Brand Aesthetics who will define and lead the visual language of the brand across every customer touchpoint. What You’ll Lead
1. Brand Visual Identity – Define and maintain the aesthetic language of the brand across website, marketplaces, social media, campaigns, and retail displays. – Ensure visual consistency and a premium brand experience.
2. Creative Direction for Shoots – Lead campaign shoots, model shoots, product shoots, and festive lookbooks. – Develop concepts, moodboards, styling direction, model selection, and supervise shoots. – Own final image selection and storytelling.
3. Digital Creative Leadership – Guide the creative team on homepage banners, landing pages, campaign creatives, and marketplace creatives. – Ensure strong fashion-forward aesthetics across all digital platforms.
4. Social Media Visual Strategy – Build a distinctive Instagram aesthetic. – Guide reel concepts, storytelling, and feed consistency.
Ideal Candidate –
5–10 years experience in fashion / lifestyle / luxury brands. – Experience in fashion shoots, styling, art direction, or creative direction. – Strong portfolio of visual storytelling and campaigns. – NIFT / NID / Pearl Academy backgrounds preferred.
