We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, trend-aware, and experienced in creating engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and videos
- Develop social media content strategies aligned with our brand goals
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content
- Write captions, video descriptions, and social media copy in a clear and engaging style
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, or content creators when needed
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall account performance
- Support paid social media campaigns when required
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience creating content calendars and social media strategies
- Ability to create engaging short-form video ideas for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
- Good copywriting skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience working with influencers or content creators
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, or YouTube Studio
