We’re looking for a Creative Director – Singapore
At Dragon Rouge, we ignite the inner fire of brands. Now we’re looking for a Creative Director who can spark, fuel and channel that fire for our Singapore studio and clients across the region.
The role
You’ll lead and grow the creative team in Singapore, shaping both the work and the culture. You’ll partner closely with strategy and client leadership to turn brand ambition into distinctive creative platforms across consumer and corporate branding. You’ll balance big ideas with real-world impact, from pitching and concepting to delivery.
What we’re looking for
A super talented Design Director ready to step up, or an established Creative Director
A strong graphic designer and creative thinker at heart
Someone fluent in English, confident working across cultures and markets
Experience across both consumer and corporate branding
A team builder, mentor and inspirer
A hands-on leader who can both define vision and make the work happen
Someone motivated to grow clients, relationships and our presence in Singapore
