About This Position
Scriptifie is looking for a Creative Director who sees further than the frame. Someone who shapes how a brand shows up on screen — from the way a campaign idea feels on paper to the way it lands in a feed.
This isn't a title role. It's a thinking role. You'll define creative direction before cameras roll — working across concept, scripting, visual language, and client collaboration.
You'll lead creative on all three service tiers: fast-turnaround social content, on-location shoots, and full-scale brand productions. Every brief is different. Your job is to make each one feel completely deliberate.
Requirements
This role is for someone who brings:
- 4+ years of creative direction or senior creative experience in video, film, or branded content
- A strong portfolio of campaign and brand film work — ideas you owned from concept to delivery
- Fluency in the language of production — you can write a treatment and also stand on set and direct
- Experience working directly with clients and translating business briefs into creative strategy
- Deep awareness of current visual trends, platform behaviour, and what makes content travel
- Collaborative instincts — you lead without gatekeeping and give feedback without ego
Dubai market experience is a strong advantage. Bilingual (English + Arabic) is a plus.
