Role Description
We are seeking a Creative Director for a full-time, on-site role located in 3 2 Square, Petaling Jaya. The Creative Director will lead and oversee the development of diverse video production content across various media platforms while ensuring alignment with clients’ branding goals and creative visions. Responsibilities include providing creative direction, developing scripts/storyboards, managing artistic and design elements, and overseeing the creative aspect of pre-production/production and post-production execution. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and execute compelling video content
- Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction for visual storytelling with a clear perspective
- Experience with Graphic and Video tools and techniques for creating high-quality visual assets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of media production processes, cameras, lighting, audio equipment and trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Media Production, or a related field is preferred
