We’re hiring a Creative Direction & Strategy Intern at Wilmarcs Motion Pictures.
This is a paid internship with a stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on capability, contribution, and performance.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a long-term role in creative direction, brand storytelling, client communication, and business development support.
This role is best suited for candidates who have completed college, or are in the final stage of their studies, and are actively looking to transition into a full-time opportunity based on performance, fit, and business requirements.
What you’ll work on:
• Supporting creative direction for brand films, corporate films, documentaries, and event-led stories
• Developing scripts, story angles, interview questions, pitch notes, and presentation material
• Researching brands, industries, campaigns, and potential clients
• Understanding client requirements and helping convert them into clear creative approaches
• Supporting internal discussions before client meetings and pitches
• Helping prepare client-facing ideas, references, treatments, and proposal structures
• Supporting business development research and client communication preparation
• Working closely with the team to understand how creative ideas are shaped, presented, and sold professionally
We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong communication skills
• Good writing and research ability
• Interest in films, advertising, branding, business, and storytelling
• Ability to think visually and strategically
• Confidence to learn client-facing communication
• Ability to structure ideas clearly
• Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT responsibly
• Interest in growing into a full-time role after the internship
