Position Title: Interior Designer
Department: DAEP (Design, Architecture, Engineering & Planning)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (or project-based deployment in the Middle East)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience Required:
10 to 15 Years of professional experience in Interior Design, with significant exposure to high-profile projects in the UAE/GCC region, particularly Dubai.
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Interior Design or equivalent
- Professional registration/licensure in Interior Design is highly preferred

Senior Management / Project Director / Design Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Interior Designer with an outstanding portfolio of projects in the Dubai/UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, advanced software proficiency, and the ability to independently develop and present design concepts to senior management and clients.
This role requires a creative and technically strong professional capable of delivering innovative interior design solutions for complex architectural and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed interior design packages.
- Create alternative design solutions aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, FF&E specifications, and presentation documents.
- Produce high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE architectural and interior design codes and standards.
- Present design concepts and technical solutions to senior leadership and clients.
- Review and approve design documentation and construction drawings.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows and concept development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.

- Arabic: Preferred
Codes and Standards Knowledge
Strong understanding of architecture and interior design codes applicable in the UAE, including local authority requirements and international best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Licensed Interior Designer from a reputable organization
- Proven portfolio of award-winning or high-profile projects
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to senior management
- Strong command of both design aesthetics and technical execution
- Familiarity with AI-driven design enhancement tools
