Integrated Producer & Traffic Manager – Our client is an indie creative agency based in Auckland, with a growing footprint in Australia, helping brands do work that gets results – with strategic thinking, brand design and memorable campaigns. They are looking for an Integrated Producer & Traffic Manager on a part time permanent basis, 30 hours/week. The right person for this role will be a proactive, assertive Integrated Producer & Traffic Manager to help keep the engine running—and push it forward. Sitting at the centre of the agency, you will be responsible for keeping work moving, making sure things get delivered properly and bringing a producer mindset to everything you do. You will work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and the wider team, helping turn ideas into high-quality outputs across video, digital, social, and print. This isn’t a passive traffic role; they need someone who takes ownership, speaks up, and drives delivery. You will have prior experience in Traffic, Production, or Integrated Producer roles within an agency, with a strong understanding of video, digital, social, and print production, and experience managing multiple projects at once. They are on the hunt for a dynamic Creative Producer with copywriting skills to join their team. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality content shoots while also contributing written content that supports brand storytelling and campaign outputs across the wider team. This role ensures content productions run smoothly from pre-production through to post-production, managing logistics, timelines, and collaboration across teams. Alongside production responsibilities, the role supports the development of written content including social captions, campaign messaging, scripts, and supporting copy that aligns with brand voice and creative direction. You will be responsible for briefing and trafficking content shoots across the team, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and production deliverables are met, overseeing all aspects of pre-production and shoot preparation in collaboration with the wider creative team.
