Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuta for a Copywriting Lead. The Copywriting Lead will spearhead creative copy development for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital content. Responsibilities include creating and editing engaging copy aligned with The Bandha’s luxury ethos, overseeing content strategy, and collaborating with other teams to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms. The role also includes overseeing quality control for written materials, mentoring junior writers, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Editing to produce high-quality and engaging content.
- Expertise in Content Strategy and knowledge of Branding to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
- Experience with Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management to create and execute effective promotional material.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team, mentor junior writers, and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
