Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading design through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects for marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative strategies to effectively communicate brand messages across various digital platforms.
- Create visually stunning artwork for social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Lead the design process for websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to optimize website performance and functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to enhance website design capabilities.
Requirements:
- Having 3+ years in relevant design-level positions at significant global consumer brands.
- A good command of written and speaking English and Mandarin as the working language.
- Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects
- Ability to finish assignments independently
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media artwork, branding and website design.
- Experience developing visual content for social media
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
